Join Cheryl for a weekend yoga retreat at the stunning Lower Coxbridge set in beautiful Glastonbury, Somerset.
The retreat includes daily dynamic practices in the morning, restorative sessions in the evening complemented with pranayama and a variety of meditations. You will enjoy the luxury of nourishing your body and mind through carefully crafted yoga practices and have the chance of reconnecting with nature through walks, runs or maybe enjoying some time to read a book or two. You will be able to tempt your palate with delicious homemade meals and snacks and leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed and relaxed.
The retreat is catered to all levels.
Price based on double shared occupancy
£385 (early bird bookings made before 19th April 2020)
£435 normal rate
Price based on single occupancy
£585 (early bird bookings made before 19th April 2020)
£635 normal rate.
50% deposit to secure booking. Payment plans are also available after the deposit has been paid.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Final balance to be paid 8 weeks before the retreat date, after which, is non-refundable.

-Take the M3 signposted Southhampton
-At J8 take A303 exit for Salisbury/Andover
-Depart A37 at Podimore Roundabout signposted Shepton Mallet
-Travel A37 to Lydford. Cross traffic lights and after about a mile and half at cross
roads turn left to Baltonsborough
-Follow road through for several miles, turn left for Baltonsborough
-At T junction, turn right (Greyhound pub on your right)
-Follow road one mile into Coxbridge (Sat Nav will take you this far)
-Turn left at lane with post-box marked "unsuitable for motor vehicles"
-Pass big farm on right; Lower Coxbridge House is next property in lane on the right (do not go to Coxbridge House)
Healthy nutrition is key and we want all of our yogis to experience the richness of freshly prepared vegan/vegetarian cuisine. Sarah is a keen cook and food enthusiast, she will be nourishing you for the weekend with a well thought out home-made plant-based menu.
Sarah prides herself on her creativity and her ability to source fresh ingredients.

Cheryl first discovered yoga when she was living in South Africa after graduating from university. She was immediately drawn to the practice for the juxtaposition it offered, a discipline that delved into her heart and mind whilst building mental and physical strength in a non-competitive, self loving, accepting way.
Cheryl teaches yoga from the heart and offers a warm and light approach to the practice whilst weaving in the spiritual elements, meditation and pranayama practices. She is also an anatomy enthusiast and loves to integrate her knowledge alongside alignment guidance throughout her teaching.
Cheryl attained her L3 diploma, 200 hrs yoga teacher's training in 2011 attaining a CQY Accreditation . Cheryl will complete her advanced teachers training 500 hrs with YogaLondon in spring 2021. Cheryl's teaching is inspired by various styles of yoga including Astanga, Dharma, Sivananda and Bikram. She is passionate and enthusiastic about teaching and feels blessed to be able to share the amazing practice with people like you.
Lower Coxbridge House is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, peaceful and private with magnificent 360° panoramic views of Somerset countryside and Glastonbury Tor, a prominent hill overlooking the Isle of Avalon, Glastonbury and Somerset. This iconic landmark, steeped in history and legend offers magnificent views of the Somerset Levels, Dorset, Wiltshire and Wales.
Located on the outskirts of the quiet and rural hamlet of Lower Coxbridge, and only three miles from Glastonbury town, 50 minutes from Bristol and Bath and easy reach from London by road or train. Lower Coxbridge House is a highly individual property, beautifully designed and furnished, providing a venue for a very special break away.
