Join Cheryl and Jess from Fenton Flowers for a beautiful collaboration of yoga and flower arrangement. Cheryl will guide you through a beautiful meditation, and a grounding, gentle vinyasa yoga flow. We'll invoke the Goddess Saraswati (Goddess of learning and creativity) through Mantra, meditation and movement. Jess will share her expert knowledge and guide you to create a stunning flower arrangement in a vase for you to take home and enjoy.
