A little bit about me

After more than 10 years of working in digital media and with two daughters blessing her life, Cheryl knew the time had come to change her path. She left marketing in 2017 to start teaching yoga full time and has never looked back.

 

She is passionate about the practice and teaches from the heart, offering a natural and warm approach to her classes. Having studied anatomy and physiology, she integrates the mechanics of the human body with the spiritual elements of yoga.

 

She enjoys teaching beyond the yoga poses and includes mindfulness, breath connection (pranayama), and meditation at the start of all of her classes.

Cheryl completed 300 hrs advanced teacher training in May 2021. She is also qualified in pre/post natal yoga,  kids/family yoga, yoga nidra - Bihar method, restorative yoga and sound healing.

 

She has also explored classes in Sanskrit and mantra and Goddess wisdom. 

           

Having always been naturally drawn to strong cardio exercise; completing several marathons and triathlons, she has always used the healing power of yoga to maintain a balanced body and mind.
