One Day Rural Yoga Retreat

Join me for a day of immersive Yoga experience as we practice yoga beyond the poses. We will come together for the day in a beautiful lodge nestled in the heart of the Surrey Hills, our picture-perfect venue offers breath-taking views of the Weston fishing lakes. Come enjoy a day of yoga and rest. The Smokery is situated in Albury, Surrey, and is a stone’s throw from Guildford with easy connections to London Waterloo.

The day retreat will schedule:

☾ Restorative grounding yoga
☾ A workshop exploring Yoga
☾ A nutritious homemade plant based lunch, to nourish you during our time together

☾ Nibbles - homemade energy balls and treats & teas to keep you hydrated throughout the day
☾ Nidra, Meditation

☾ Pranayama practice to give you tools to use in everyday life

☾ Gong bath

☾ A gift for you to enjoy after the retreat

What will the retreat consist of:

An exploration of yoga practice; asana meditation, breathing practice, the workshop will offer learning and insight into yoga philosophy and how we can apply this to our everyday life.

What you will need for the retreat:

Yoga mat 

Comfortable clothing to practice yoga

Cold drink container/bottle

Keep cup for hot drinks

A light blanket

The retreat experience is £120 per person early bird rate before 20th Sept and £130 thereafter or share the experience and enjoy a discount £220 for you and a friend, early bird rate before 20th Sept and £230 pp thereafter
