Vinyasa Yoga

Cheryl is is an excellent teacher, one that makes you want to come back. Her enthusiasm for yoga is infectious and her non judgemental attitude to all physical abilities in class make you enjoy your practice no matter at what level you are able to practice. I personally enjoy the variety she adds to the flow- keeps you present all the time.

Dynamic vinyasa flow class, connecting the breath (pranayama) with the physical asanas (poses). The class offers a combination of spiritual and anatomical direction and guidance. The class is open to everyone - seasoned yogis to absolute beginners and can be adjusted to suit your ability, it's your practice so you own it. Students are encouraged to practice to a level that suits their body applying a mindful approach, the class will offer options and alternatives at every stage. This class will offer you a chance to strengthen your spine and strengthen and tone your muscles and ligaments whilst learning to quieten the mind.

Dynamic Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa flow, is a practice which takes inspiration from all schools of yoga. Each class will be different, every week. Each class will start with a meditation and breathing exercises, a warm up and surya namaskara. We will flow through asana and close the class with a few minutes of relaxation - savasana.
