Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the practice is due to begin, you can leave your video off till the class begins.
If you don't have yoga equipment you can easily use props from around your home to support your practice; large cookery book to use as a block, a scarf/dressing gown belt as an alternative to a yoga strap and a couple of blankets can be useful props also, maybe a floor cushion if you have one.
