Excellent Retreat! The schedule was a great mix of yoga, fitness classes, nature walks, workshops, and other activities. And yet there was still plenty of free time for relaxation and personal activities! Food was incredible.Cheryl and Sarah were incredibly welcoming and skilled in their instruction, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. Retreat with sisters Sarah and Cheryl in Ubud, Bali where we will be staying in a 3 storey luxury villa nestled in the jungle just 10 minutes from the town of Ubud. A place full of incredible wonders to explore and experience. The retreat theme will be exploring Abundance - how to manifest and tune into the abundance already in your life.
Included in your retreat; yoga, pilates, meditation and fitness classes. Evenings will be an offering of Yin, Restorative and sound bathing. You will be guided through a cacao ceremony, a centuries-old ritual known as the ultimate heart opener. Workshops and day trips will be offered during your stay, plus ample free time to relax and immerse in some me time.
Cheryl will guide you through daily yoga to nourish your body and mind. Sarah will guide you through different movement such as pilates and HIIT classes to work into your mobility, co-ordination, body and mind.
The retreat is catered to all levels of physical movement we can and will cater for everyone from complete beginners to seasoned yogis. You will be encouraged to move to a level that suits your body and you can do as much or little as you wish.
Accommodation
You'll be staying in a spectacular villa outside Ubud, just a 10 minute walk away. villa full of character and charm with impressive architecture located in the jungle of Ubud.
An incredible 3 storey infinity pool, 6 bedrooms, massage room and an enclosed living area are waiting for you and offering everything you need to feel relaxed and comfortable during your stay.

Airlines that fly to Bali, (Denpasar): British Airways, Malaysia Airlines, Singapore Airways, Qatar Airlines, Emirates. Flight time is 16-18 hours with a stop over from London. In December flights were available from £704 with Malaysia airlines.

Cheryl will be guiding the Yoga part of the retreat, guiding you through energetic, sweaty Vinyasa flows, Ashtanga and gentle, calming Yin and Restorative yoga, weaving in Nidra and Nadi - sound to guide you during your time on your mat.
​
Cheryl found a yoga practice during her time in South Africa. She was immediately drawn to the practice for the juxtaposition it offered, a discipline that delved into her heart and mind whilst building mental and physical strength in a non-competitive, self loving, accepting way.
Cheryl teaches yoga from the heart and offers a warm and light approach to the practice whilst weaving in the spiritual elements of the practice, including meditation, pranayama and Nidra practices. She is also an anatomy enthusiast and loves to integrate her understanding into her teaching.
Cheryl attained her L3 diploma, 200 hrs yoga teacher's training (YTT) in 2011 with a CQY Accreditation . Cheryl completed her advanced 300 hrs YTT with YogaLondon in spring 2021. Cheryl loves to learn about yoga philosophy to understand the depth of the practice as a way to understand herself better. Cheryl has trained in Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Sound healing to offer a well rounded experience and yoga practice. Cheryl's teaching is inspired by various styles of yoga including Astanga, Dharma, Sivananda and Bikram. She is passionate and enthusiastic about teaching and feels blessed to be able to share the amazing practice with people like you.
Sarah is a highly skilled fitness trainer with years of experience in the field. Having had a love for exercise and movement from a very young age, Sarah left her corporate marketing role to pursue a career in personal training and hasn’t looked back since. As a successful mobile PT Sarah has managed to build a strong business off her passion , discipline and determination to get people active and healthy, both mentally and physically. A favourite saying being your body will only go where the mind lets it!
Sarah is great at being able to push you to a point that is challenging for you but still manageable. Her passion for fitness and exercise shows through the energy she delivers in her teaching. What she does not know about form and technique in exercise is not to be known!
Sarah will deliver classes which will encourage, push you and teach you. She is always creating new and exciting exercise classes and moves that will challenge and keep you focused. Under her watchful eye be ready to dive in to the exercises with great form and technique.
