Join these experienced retreat leaders for their sixth year of guiding retreats. Their retreat offers the perfect escape to reconnect and channel positive energy away from the usual pace of life .

Cheryl and Sarah offer daily fitness movement and pilates to get the heart elevated and yoga and meditation classes for grounding, enriched with philosophy. Evenings will be split between yoga practice and wellness.​

Recharge, and embrace moments of self-care in the tranquil surroundings. This is your time to relax and restore.
Their retreat is thoughtfully designed to welcome all levels of physical ability and experience. This is your retreat, and you’re encouraged to honour your limits and embrace what feels good for you. Participate as much or as little as you like—every moment is tailored to your comfort, ensuring a deeply personal and enjoyable experience.

Accommodation
The Quinta is a serene hideaway for mindful wanderers. Set within 130 hectares of protected land, just 27 km south of Lisbon, the estate embodies the harmony of nature, architecture, and quiet luxury. Unwind. Breathe deeply. Let the beauty of this place embrace you.​

Pricing
Price based on double shared occupancy - twin beds
£1,400 (early bird bookings made before 1st March 2026)
£1,600 normal rate

£2,000 normal rate
£300 deposit to secure booking for any room. Payment plans are welcome, please contact Cheryl/Sarah to discuss this. This can be arranged after the deposit has been paid. Please note deposits are non-refundable unless a new client can take your place.

Final balance to be paid 8 weeks before (27th August 2026) the retreat date, after which, is non-refundable. Bookings made after 27th August are payable in full.

The retreat will conclude on Sunday 1st November.​

Not included: Flights to Portugal, transfer to and from the venue. Massages can be booked independently on site.

Check in time is 3pm and check out is 11am.

Nutrition
All meals will be provided by the experienced in-house team, who will lovingly prepare our meals each day. You'll be provided with two meals a day - brunch and dinner.
*Any food intolerances, allergies or special diets can be accommodated for (please specify in the booking form, some diets may come with an additional charge).

Cheryl is a senior teacher with 500+hrs of training, she will be guiding the Yoga and Meditation element of the retreat, guiding you through yoga flows, calming Yin and Restorative practices, weaving in Nidra and Nadi - sound to guide you during your time on your mat.
She teaches from the heart and dives beyond the yoga poses to incorporate the spiritual elements of the practice, including meditation, pranayama and Nidra practices. She is also an anatomy enthusiast and loves to integrate her knowledge into her teaching.
Cheryl teaches Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Sound healing to offer a well rounded yoga experience.
She feels blessed and honoured to be able to share the amazing practice of yoga with people like you.

Sarah is a highly skilled fitness trainer and mat Pilates teacher to professional footballers with years of experience in the fields.
Sarah is great at being able to push you to a point that is challenging for you but still manageable. Her passion for movement shows through the energy she delivers in her teaching. What she does not know about form and technique in exercise is not to be known.
Sarah lives a holistic life and will offer her teachings at the retreat.
