​Join Sarah and I for a morning wellness experience with rooftop vibes, in the heart of Brixton. Move, breathe and unwind as Sarah guides you through an energising Sculpt class, followed by yoga guided by Cheryl, expect meditation, breathwork and gong bath journey. A beautiful fusion of strength, stillness and sound to bring calm.

What the Day Includes:

• Rooftop Sculpt Class with Sarah – Work on strength, balance, and body awareness through intelligent movement

• Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork, followed by a Gong Bath Experience with Cheryl, explore yoga movement, guided meditation, conscious breathing and the healing resonance of the gong.

• Community connection, time to chill, chat and connect with like-minded people in a calm, welcoming space.

• Urban sanctuary setting, a beautiful Brixton location bringing wellness, sound and stillness to the heart of the city.

What you will need for the retreat:

• Yoga/Pilates mat 

• Comfortable clothing for movement

• Cold drink container/bottle

• Keep cup for hot drinks​​

Investment:

The retreat experience is £50 per person, £40 for the first 10 spaces. Bring a plus one and enjoy a discount £90 for you and a friend.
