West Lexham, Norfolk - May 2019
The retreat was at the gorgeous West Lexham in Norfolk, May 2019. Where we hosted 18 fabulous guests for 2 nights and 3 days.
The retreat included daily dynamic practices in the morning, gentle flow sessions in the evening complemented with pranayama and guided meditations. On site caterers nourished us over the course of the weekend.
The retreat gave guests a chance to unwind in a stunning venue, with carefully crafted yoga practices, fun and engaging workshops consisting of asana analaysis and a vegan based workshop with the chef. The venue gave guests the chance to reconnect with nature with boat trips on the lake and walks on the acres of surrounding land, followed by time telling stories around a camp fire.
The retreat was very relaxed and people were welcome to do as much or little as they wished. We all had such a fun weekend and it was such a joy to host this retreat.
Konasana Dome, Cobham - November 2019
The one day retreat was at the lovely Konasana Dome in Cobham, November 2019, where 12 lovely guests retreated for the day, we shared each other's company for 8 hours and during that time we enjoyed a dynamic practice to start the day off, followed by a workshop on the basics of Mindfulness, an asana based workshop, followed by a restorative practice, meditation practice and sound bathing.
Guests were treated to homemade energy balls, vegan muffins, vegan orange polenta cake and a selection of salads with gorgeous selection of Yogi herbal teas. The guests also received a little goodie bag to enjoy as well as a way of saying thank you for being part of the experience.
The retreat was so lovely and such a perfect way to unwind before the busy Christmas period.
Bisley Yurt, Woking - March 2020
A one day retreat at the amazing Bisley Yurt outside Woking, March 2020, where 12 guests and I retreated for the day, we shared each other's company for 8 hours. The day was filled with dynamic yoga asana practice, followed by a 90 minute workshop that explored the concept of Samtosha, where we had an opportunity to explore our inner critics and spend time journalling. an asana based workshop, followed by a restorative practice, meditation practice and sound bathing.
Guests were gifted a goodie bag full of lots of healthy treats and home items. We enjoyed a selection of homemade energy balls, raw oat cookies vegan tahini brownies, and a selection of salads with gorgeous selection of Yogi herbal teas.
