Yoga, Pilates and Wellness Retreat

Join sisters Sarah and Cheryl for a transformative wellness retreat in Tunisia, Enfidha. Take an inward journey back to inner peace and well-being. Our retreat offers the perfect escape to reconnect and channel positive energy away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life . 

 

You'll be staying in an incredible villa in Tunisia on 7 hectares of land with 7 Shetland ponies, 2 horses and 37 peacocks, after a morning meditation spend time relaxing with a choice of two swimming pools with views of the Gulf of Hammamet.

 

Immerse yourself in nourishing yoga and meditation practices for your body and mind led by experienced instructor Cheryl, catering to all levels of practice. Evenings will be an offering of Yin, Restorative, and Sound bathing.

 

Sarah will teach fitness/pilates classes to work on your mobility, co-ordination, body and mind.

You will be guided through a cacao ceremony, a centuries-old ritual known as the ultimate heart opener. A day trip is inclusive of your stay. There will also be ample free time to relax and immerse in some me time.

 

The retreat is catered to all levels of physical movement. You will be encouraged to move to a level that suits your body and you can do as much or little as you wish.

Accommodation 

You'll be staying in an exceptional villa in an entirely private estate of more than 7 hectares of land, you can stroll around the gardens and admire the Egyptian ducks, lounge by the one of two pools and enjoy the novelty of peacocks wandering past as you relax. 

Pricing

Price based on double shared occupancy - fixed double beds

£1,300 (early bird bookings made before 10th September 2025)

£1,400 normal rate

Price based on single occupancy - double bed

£1,800 (early bird bookings made before 10th September 2025)

£1,900 normal rate


£500 deposit to secure booking. Payment plans are very welcome, please contact Cheryl/Sarah to discuss this. This can be arranged after the deposit has been paid. Please note deposits are non-refundable unless a new client can take your place.

Final balance to be paid 8 weeks before (10th September 2025) the retreat date, after which, is non-refundable.

What's included?​​

  • Accommodation for 7 days/6 nights

  • Daily yoga classes (energetic in the morning and gentle in the evening)

  • Daily guided Meditation/Nidra/Sound Bathing/Restorative practices

  • Workshops will be offered during your stay

  • Fitness workout sessions

  • Pilates classes 

  • All meals will prepared by a team of chefs

  • Yoga equipment can be provided: blocks, straps and a mat. It's nice to bring your own mat if you have one. Cheryl can provide suggestions if you need this. 

  • You'll be invited to join us in a magical cacao ceremony

  •  Support will be given by Cheryl and Sarah throughout your stay

  •  Plenty of free time to do as you wish

  • One transfer option to and from the airport will be provided at a set time based upon our flight details

  • A small gift for you to remember the experience

The retreat will begin on Monday 10th November.

Arrival from 3pm onwards.

The retreat will conclude on Sunday 16th November.

Departure by 10am.

Travelling to Tunisia, Enfidha and the villa:

Airlines that fly to Tunisia: Easijet, Ryanair, British Airways, Lufthansa, Air France. Flight time is 3 hours 35 minutes from London. In January flights were available for £95. the villa is 40 minutes from Enfidha-Mammaret airport

Visa Requirements

Visa exempt for a stay of up to 90 days. The traveller must: Hold a passport valid at least six months on entry with one blank visa page.

Nutrition

All meals will be provided by the experienced in-house team, who will lovingly prepare our meals each day. You'll be provided full board accommodation with traditional Tunisian breakfast, vegetarian lunch and dinner.

*Any food intolerances, allergies or special diets can be accommodated for (please specify in the booking form, some diets may come with an additional charge).

Cheryl is a senior teacher with 500+hrs of training, she will be guiding the Yoga and Meditation element of the retreat, guiding you through yoga flows,  calming Yin and Restorative practices, weaving in Nidra and Nadi - sound to guide you during your time on your mat. 


She teaches from the heart and dives beyond the yoga poses to incorporate the spiritual elements of the practice, including meditation, pranayama and Nidra practices. She is also an anatomy enthusiast and loves to integrate her knowledge into her teaching.

Cheryl teaches Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Sound healing to offer a well rounded yoga experience.

 

She feels blessed and honoured to be able to share the amazing practice of yoga with people like you.

Sarah is a highly skilled fitness trainer and Mat Pilates teacher to professional footballers with years of experience in the fields.

Sarah is great at being able to push you to a point that is challenging for you but still manageable. Her passion for movement shows through the energy she delivers in her teaching. What she does not know about form and technique in exercise is not to be known.

Sarah lives a holistic life and will offer her teachings at the retreat.
