Join Cheryl and Jess from Fenton Yard Flowers for a beautiful collaboration of yoga and flower arranging. Cheryl will guide you through a grounding meditation, and a gentle vinyasa yoga flow. We'll invoke the Goddess Saraswati (Goddess of learning and creativity) through Mantra, meditation and movement. Jess will share her expert knowledge and guide you to create a stunning flower arrangement in a vase for you to take home and enjoy.

Light refreshments will be provided. Yoga equipment can be provided, if you have a yoga mat you like to use for your practice, feel free to bring it.
